Empowering Future Leaders: Our Role in the Mondiant Initiative

In Q1, ClaimDeck welcomed Bosco Nizeyimana and Long Maker Long Deng—two remarkable refugee scholars—as part of a virtual internship supporting professional development, legal innovation, and career readiness.

The internship is part of the Mondiant Initiative Virtual Internship Program, a visionary effort led by Mondiant Dogon, a former refugee, author, and humanitarian recently nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize and the Nansen Refugee Award. His mission? To empower refugee youth through education, mentorship, and opportunity.

ClaimDeck proudly partnered with Mondiant Initiative, Hermes Law, and Proistemi Project to provide a 15-week immersive internship for these two students, including:

Legal tech shadowing with ClaimDeck and Hermes Law

Leadership development sessions with business and legal mentors

Product immersion and hands-on project work

Participation in team meetings, board sessions, and mentorship calls
